THIS SURVEY IS INTENDED ONLY FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE PERSONALLY EXPERIENCED THE UNEXPLAINED IN THE KING WILLIAM HISTORIC DISTRICT. The unexplained includes (but is not limited to) hauntings, poltergeists, apparitions, shadow figures, orbs, or sightings of ufo/cryptid creatures.

Curious Twins (Stephen & Fred Garza-Guzman) started in 2017 and are a local family-owned historic tour company that seeks to create equitable perspectives of the paranormal and history. What differentiates them from other paranormal companies is that they care deeply about equitable history and authentic paranormal experiences. For example: they don't do jump scares, make up stories, or dress up as characters. In their tours and investigations, they do their best to establish what is folklore and what is documented history.

This year, they are working directly with the King William Association to curate a new tour using real stories from residents, business owners and visitors in the neighborhood.

By filling out this survey, you give Curious Twins permission to document and share this information though various outlets, including a walking tour this October 2025. Answers in this survey may also be used to document and share the neighborhood's haunts through other avenues.
